Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
Licensed Architect with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio of work designed and constructed.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring design excellence and adherence to project requirements.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and team members to develop and refine project concepts and designs.
Prepare and present design proposals, including drawings, models, and renderings.
Oversee the production of construction documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations.
Coordinate with contractors and construction teams during the construction phase to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff.
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in healthcare design and mixed-use projects.
