MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership Marketing Management, or related fields with 5/6 Years’ General Work Experience of which 1 year as ,Branch Manager, CSM-II and manger Banking Operation Management-II, Senior Banking Business Office-I or equivalent position in Banking Industry.

Terms of Employment: Permanent after probation period

Salary: As Per new Scale of the bank

Job Grade: XII

Place of work: Branches under All Districts

2. Manager, Banking Operation Management -I

Skill and educational background

MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership Marketing Management, or related fields with 3/4 years General Work experience of which 1 year as, Senior Customer Service Office-Cash I, Senior Internal Controller-I, or equivalent position in Banking Industry.

Terms of Employment: Permanent after probation period

Salary: As Per new Scale of the bank

Job Grade: X

Place of work: Branches under All Districts

Note:

Ability of Listening, Speaking, and Reading and Writing ‘Afaan Oromoo’ Language is Mandatory and knowing English and other local languages are advantageous.
