1. Key Accounts Executives

Job Summary:
Drive sales channel revenue growth by following up the total market evolution of the assigned route(s) and territory through collection of data by regular Point of Sale (PoS) visits, creating and maintaining smooth relationship with the outlets and consumers, execution of promotional activities, tracking competitor trade practices and sales activities, identify new opportunities and challenges and suggest possible solutions.
Skill and educational background
The position requires a minimum of TVET Level 3/4/Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management or Business Administration or Business Management or Management related fields.
Experience: 2 or Zero (0) years of respective experience.
Other Required Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
Computer literacy with basic knowledge of Word and Excel,
Customer Service oriented
Ability to work well under pressure.
Auto driving license with experience.

2. Packaging Manager

Job Summary:
Lead, manage and oversee the execution and overall efficient running of plant packaging function and processes and the achievement of the Sales & Operational Plan, delivering, on Time and In Full, final products of the required quality at the optimum possible cost by ensuring compliance to the BGI’s and Castel Group’s standards and consistently promoting and upholding quality of product and service that maintain the level of excellence associated with BGI’s brand.
Skill and educational background
The position requires a minimum of BSC Degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Electricity or Electronic Engineering
Experience: 8 years proven experience leading on plant/factory packaging function in an FMCG industry setting
Other Required Skills:
Advanced knowledge of electro mechanics equipment maintenance
Advanced knowledge of packaging technology
Advanced knowledge of reading technical drawings and operation manuals
Experience in reporting on key production metrics
Organizational, leadership, communication and negotiation skills
Advanced communication skills
Advanced skills in troubleshooting, problem solving and conflict management.
