Job Positions Available

1. Customer Service Executive – I

Required Qualification and Experience:

• Education: BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Marketing, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
• Experience: No prior experience required.
• Graduates: Only 2024 G.C graduates with a minimum CGPA of 2.5 and above.
• National Exit Exam: Pass Mark.

Purpose of the Job:
To enhance customer satisfaction by handling front-line customer service activities efficiently and to increase the branch’s resource mobilization through cross-selling bank products and services.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa

2. Information Technology Trainee Officer – I (Fresh Graduates)

Required Qualification and Experience:

• Education: BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Experience: No prior experience required.
• Graduates: Only 2024 G.C graduates with a minimum CGPA of 2.5 and above.
• National Exit Exam: Pass Mark.

Purpose of the Job:
To support smooth business operations by providing first-level technical support for branches regarding core banking system applications.

3. Customer Service Executive – II

Required Qualification and Experience:

• Education: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.
• Experience: 1 year of experience in banking operations as CSO, CSR, CSE, or related position.

Purpose of the Job:
To enhance customer satisfaction through efficient handling of front-line customer service activities and to increase resource mobilization by cross-selling bank products and services.

Place of Work: Jigjiga

4. Senior IT Security Administrator

Required Qualification and Experience:

• Education: BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Experience: 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry, with at least 2 years in an officer position.

Purpose of the Job:
To ensure the security of the bank’s information assets and technology resources by developing and implementing security policies and procedures.
