Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Addis Ababa
Salary: Net 5000 ETB, with an additional Net 1000 ETB upon achieving targets

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing customer inquiries within a call center environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • A team player focused on delivering exceptional customer service
