Position: Customer Service Representative

Salary: Net 5000 ETB, with an additional Net 1000 ETB upon achieving targets
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing customer inquiries within a call center environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
