Job Position 1: Branch Clerk / Credit and Saving Trainee

  • Required Qualifications and Experience:
    • Education: BA Degree in Accounting or related field.
    • Experience: 0 years of related work experience.
  • Job Purpose: Handle all recording actions and maintain mortgage and saving cards of the sub-branch.
  • Technical and Other Skills:
    • Ability to work effectively with others.
    • Knowledge of Interest Free Financing (Basics of Shariah).
    • Basic PC skills.

Job Position 2: Branch Cashier

  • Required Qualifications and Experience:
    • Education: BA Degree in Accounting or related business fields.
    • Experience: 3 years of related work experience.
  • Job Purpose: Responsible for the receipt, fee/disbursement, and secure custody of cash.
  • Technical and Other Skills:
    • Well-organized and able to work independently.
    • Knowledge of Interest Free Financing (Basics of Shariah).
    • Confidence in dealing with cash.
    • Basic PC skills.

Job Position 3: Branch Customer Service Senior Officer / Accountant

  • Required Qualifications and Experience:
    • Education: MBA/BA Degree in Accounting or related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 4 years as a secretary.
  • Job Purpose: Handle general financial activities in accordance with institutional policies.
  • Technical and Other Skills:
    • Knowledge of Interest Free Financing (Basics of Shariah).
    • Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical abilities.
    • Basic computer skills.

Job Position 4: Branch Customer Relation Officer

  • Required Qualifications and Experience:
    • Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, or related fields.
    • Experience: 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Job Purpose: Undertake social promotion and manage mobilization for savings and loan collections.
  • Technical and Other Skills:
    • Knowledge of Interest Free Financing (Basics of Shariah).
    • Good communication and teamwork skills.
    • Basic computer skills.

Job Position 5: Branch Customer Relation Senior Officer

  • Required Qualifications and Experience:
    • Education: MBA/BA Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, or related/vocational college certificates.
    • Experience: 2-4 years of related experience.
  • Technical and Other Skills:
    • Knowledge of Interest Free Financing (Basics of Shariah).
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Commitment to teamwork and gender equality.

Job Position 6: Branch Manager

  • Required Qualifications and Experience:
    • Education: MBA/BA Degree in Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, or equivalent.
    • Experience: 4-6 years of related work experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial position.
  • Job Purpose: Plan, organize, coordinate, and control branch operations to achieve institutional targets.
  • Technical and Other Skills:
    • Knowledge of Interest Free Financing (Basics of Shariah).
    • Good communication and teamwork skills.
    • Basic computer skills.
