Job Opportunity: Sales Manager

Job Description:

The Sales Manager is responsible for managing and driving the company’s sales operations in the cement and construction materials sectors, focusing on achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage sales plans aligned with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing for promotional activities.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead and mentor the sales team, providing resources for success.
  • Set performance goals and conduct evaluations.
  • Foster a positive sales culture and organize training programs.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Oversee customer service standards and resolve inquiries.
  • Monitor feedback to enhance products and services.

Sales Operations and Process Optimization:

  • Manage daily sales operations, including order management and pricing.
  • Optimize sales processes for efficiency and customer experience.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and forecast needs.

Financial Management:

  • Manage the sales budget and monitor profitability.
  • Identify opportunities to increase margins and reduce costs.
  • Provide financial reports to senior management.

Market Expansion and Business Development:

  • Identify new market opportunities and expand presence.
  • Lead initiatives for new geographic markets and distribution channels.
  • Participate in industry events to promote the company.

Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility:

  • Integrate sustainability into sales operations.
  • Align sales activities with CSR goals.

Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Master’s degree or additional certifications in sales management preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years in sales, with at least 3 years in management.
  • Proven track record in the cement or construction materials industries.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competence:

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales principles and practices.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Financial insight with budgeting and forecasting experience.
  • Proficiency in sales management software and CRM tools.
  • Commitment to sustainability and CSR.
