Position 1: WET UTILITIES ENGINEER-INFRASTRUCTURE
QUALIFICATION Conditions
- BSC degree in the engineering field of study with a minimum of 8 years of applicable experiences in given organization.
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Oversee, review and manage the design and implementation of wet utilities, and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
LANGUAGE: Knowledge of ET working language, English is mandatory.
Position 2: STAKEHOLDERS COORDINATOR
Qualifications:
- BA in Management, 15+ years of relevant experience
Key Competencies:
- Develop and implement Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Plans

- BSC Degree in Civil engineering or Architecture with a minimum of 20 years’ applicable experience, out of which 10 years in Airport.
- MSC in Project/ Construction Management is an added advantage.
- KEY COMPETENCIES:
- Oversee daily project management, design, construction, and stakeholder interfaces.
- Participate in defining project objectives, constraints, plans, and contract strategy.
- Develop and submit Capital Construction Budgets.
- Coordinate consultants, architects, and contractors for facility design and construction.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
BSC/ BA Degree in Civil Engineering, Risk Management with a minimum of 15 years’ applicable experience, out of which 8 years in Airport.

- Oversee and manage design scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting.
- Review and evaluate all requests for time extensions.

- Proficiency in global mechanical engineering standards (ASHRAE, ISO, ICAO) for airport infrastructure.
- Extensive experience in designing and enforcing large-scale HVAC systems for airport terminals, hangars, and support facilities.
- Expertise in the design of plumbing systems and fire protection, including sprinkler systems and emergency response protocols.
- Knowledge of sustainable and energy-efficient mechanical systems, including LEED-certified designs.
- Proven track record in the design and integration of technical systems, such as baggage handling, passenger boarding bridges, and jet fuel systems.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems into overall airport operations.
- In-depth understanding of aviation safety regulations and mechanical codes for airport infrastructure.

Position 9: HIGHWAY & RAILWAY ENGINEER
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- BSC in Civil Engineering field of study with a minimum of 15 years of applicable experience, out of which 5 years in Airport.
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Oversee, review and manage the design and implementation of highway & railway works, and insure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Expertise in global standards (AASHTO, UIC, EN, etc.) for highway and railway infrastructure, particularly in airport settings.
- Proven experience in designing roadways and rail systems that integrate seamlessly with airport operations, including access roads, taxiways, and transit links. Knowledge of designing transportation systems that facilitate smooth transitions between different modes of travel( road, rail, air) within the airport. Strong skills in traffic flow analysis, planning, and management to ensure effective movement of passengers and goods.
- Proficiency in designing durable pavements for heavy airport traffic, with experience in maintenance strategies to minimize disruptions.
- Expertise in designing airport-specific rail systems, including light rail, automated people movers( APM), and cargo rail links.
- Familiarity with sustainable practices in highway and railway design, including minimizing environmental impacts and incorporating green technologies.
- Ability to manage large- scale infrastructure projects from design through to construction, ensuring timely and within- budget delivery.
- Experience in overseeing the construction of highways and rail systems, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Deep understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements for both highway and rail systems in an airport context.
- Proven ability to work alongside architects, civil engineers, and field planners to deliver integrated transportation solutions.

Position 11: ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
- QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- BSC in Electrical Engineering field of study with a minimum of 15 years of applicable experience, out of which 5 years in Airport.
- KEY COMPETENCIES
- Oversee, review and manage the design and implementation of electrical workshop, and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in global electrical standards (NEC, IEC, ICAO) for airport infrastructure.
- Expertise in designing and managing complex field power distribution networks, including backup systems, UPS, and redundancy measures.
- Experience in the design and perpetration of Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) systems, ensuring compliance with aeronautics safety standards.
- Familiarity with the electrical requirements of airport-specific systems similar as baggage handling systems (BHS), Passenger Boarding Bridges (PBB), and communication systems.
- Knowledge of energy-effective electrical systems and sustainable design practices, including renewable energy integration.
- Strong understanding of electrical safety codes, fire protection systems, and nonsupervisory compliance for airport environments.
- Proven experience in overseeing the installation and commissioning of electrical systems in large- scale field systems.
