Ethio-Engineering Group (EEG) is a governmental business enterprise re-established in September 2020 under the FDRE Council of Ministers regulation No. 475/2020. The main purpose of this re-establishment is to play a significant role in the development of heavy industries in Ethiopia, contributing to the public vision of transforming into an artificial-led economy. EEG is involved in the manufacturing and trading of automotive products, agricultural and construction machinery, power and electronics equipment, and more. Currently, it operates nine subsidiary industries across the country.

Position 1: Project Design Engineer
- Qualifications and Experience:
- BSc in Architecture or Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Up to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the design process throughout the project life cycle.
- Manage project BIM execution plans, documentation, and communication with stakeholders.

Position 2: Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Survey Engineer
- Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 3 years and above experience in a construction company specializing in road and bridge construction.
- Priority for candidates with international company experience.

Position 3: Senior Site Engineer (Road)
- Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 4 years of related work experience, preferably in road construction and asphalt road projects.

Position 4: Project Manager (Road)
- Qualifications and Experience:
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
- Up to 7 years of experience, with at least 2 years as a design manager in road construction.
