Job Position – Executive Secretary

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA Degree in any feild of studies.
proven Experience as an executive secretary or similar admnistrative role.
strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability To Handle Sensetive infirmation with a high level of confidentiality
Additional International Language is a plus.

Job Description
Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and handling information requests, as well as performing routine administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, preparing meetings, and assisting in tender preparation.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
