Position1: Trainee Banker

Job Requirements:

• Educational Qualification:
  • BA/BSc in Economics, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
• CGPA:
  • Female: 2.5 & above
  • Male: 2.75 & above
• Mandatory Documents:
  • Exit exam result
  • Grade 8 certificate
• Age: Below 30 (inclusive)
• Year of Graduation: 2024 only
• Experience: Zero years required

Position2: IT Trainee

Job Requirements:

• Educational Qualification:
  • BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields
• CGPA:
  • Female: 2.5 & above
  • Male: 2.75 & above
• Mandatory Documents:
  • Exit exam result
  • Grade 8 certificate
• Age: Below 30 (inclusive)
• Year of Graduation: 2024 only
• Experience: Zero years required

Position 3: Management Trainee

Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience:

• MBA/MA/MSc/from recognized university in Accounting/Management/Business Administration/Economics, Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Engineering/Software Engineering/or related field of study
• CGPA for females 3.00 & above and for male 3.25 & above
• Grade 8 certificate mandatory,
• Age below 30 (inclusive)
• Year of graduation is 2023 &2024 only and
•  Zero year experience.

Position4: District Director

Job Requirements:

• Educational Qualification:
  • MA/MBA/MSc or BA/BSc in Economics, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
• Experience:
  • With MSc/MBA/MA: 9 years of relevant banking experience, including 3 years in a managerial position
  • With BA/BSc: 11 years of relevant banking experience, including 4 years in a managerial position

Location: Central & Outlying Districts

Position 5:PMS and Development Officer

• Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience;BA degree in HRM/Management/PADM/ Business Administration or related field of study with 2 years of relevant experience.

Work of Place: Head Office
