Parlo Ceramics Products Manufacturing PLC is looking for a talented and creative Graphics Designer join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and be able to create visually appealing graphics designs for digital and print media.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
- Proven experience as a graphics designer in a professional setting.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of design principles and elements.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Amharic for effective collaboration.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Creativity and innovation in design solutions.
- Familiarity with current design trends and technologies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop visual concepts and graphics using design software.
- Produce high-quality graphics for websites, social media, marketing materials, and other platforms.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather design requirements and feedback.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Capable of doing jobs on Marketing research and promotion.
