Position: Barman and or Barista

Job Opportunity: Pre-opening Team at Haile Resort – Jimma

Haile Resort – Jimma is seeking qualified candidates for its pre-opening team. This upcoming four-star resort will be the 10th destination of Haile Hotels & Resorts Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of mixed drinks, cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.
• Interact with customers, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restock supplies, and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Handle cash, process payments, and reconcile transactions.
• Assist with inventory management and beer/liquor orders.
• Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
• Prepare a variety of espresso-based drinks, pour-over coffee, and other specialty beverages to customer specifications.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service to ensure each guest has a positive experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.

• Required Number: 6 (Six)

Job Requirements

• Level one and above certification in Hotel Operation, Hotel Management, Tourism, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of prior bartending or bar service experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, beer, wine, and liquor.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
