Job Position – Internship Program
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Fresh Graduates with CGPA 3.0+ in the fields of Economics Law, Statics, Management, Engineering, or related fields.
The intern will gain fundamental skills for a consulting and advisory career, relevant work experience, and industry expertise, along with personal and professional mentorship
Duration: 3 Months (possibility of extension)
Salary: paid
Location: Addis Ababa Ethiopia
Job Overview:
A trainee will be assigned across our verticals with the core aim of supporting data collection analysis and delivery of key projects and operational support to the firm.
The Internship will have the possibility of transitioning into a Junior Analyst position based on performance evaluation at the end of the Program.
Additional Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Amharic and English
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools

Core Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Analysis: Identify and acquire relevant research and data including documents, data, interviews, etc., and conduct analysis and triangulation of both quantitative and qualitative data.
Problem-solving: Problem-solving, strategy development, written materials development including meeting minutes, new articles analysis briefs, social media platforms content, etc.
Communication & Networking communicating (interviews, calls, etc) with external clients/stakeholders and presenting output materials to leadership
