Position Details
- Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale with attractive benefit packages.
- Gender: Male/Female
- Language: Knowledge of local language is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB): Advantageous.
- Place of Work: Dire Dawa.
Minimum Qualifications and Work Experience
- Education:
- Master’s Degree or BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields.
- Experience:
- 3 years of banking operation experience for Master’s Degree holders.
- 5 years of banking operation experience for BA Degree holders, with at least 2 years as a senior officer in branch banking areas.

- Coaching and mentoring skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Knowledge of internal control.
- Familiarity with core banking applications.
