The Brand Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the marketing strategy for assigned categories to meet business and brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze pricing, product marketing, communications, and consumer insights.
- Ensure effective distribution of the organization’s message across channels to target audiences.
- Develop and execute marketing and advertising campaigns.
Key Functions
- Evaluate and optimize marketing and pricing strategies to enhance brand equity and achieve business targets.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to drive growth through innovation and new product development.
- Track the competitive landscape for business insights and formulate effective marketing programs.
- Coordinate marketing strategies with sales, finance, procurement, and production departments to meet sales and margin targets.
- Develop and manage the marketing department’s budget, focusing on ATL and BTL programs.
- Execute branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns with excellence.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to senior management.

Education Qualifications and Requirements
