BlueZone Trading PLC, a leading marketing agency established in 2021, is seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:

Position 1: Junior Accountant

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: BA degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 2 years in a junior position.
• Skills: Basic computer skills in accounting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reviewing expenses and payroll records.
• Manage petty cash.
• Prepare and submit daily/yearly reports.
• Assist with other accounting tasks.

Position 2: Senior Accountant

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: BA degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 6 years in a senior position.
• Skills: Proficient in Peachtree and basic computer skills; in-depth understanding of tax law.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end and year-end closing and reporting.
• Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
• Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts.
• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.

Position 3: Creative Team Head

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Creative Head or in a similar leadership role.
• Skills: Exceptional writing and editing in Amharic and English; strong understanding of content creation, graphic design, and video editing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creative vision and standard of output.
• Pitch ideas and present creative vision to clients.
• Lead multiple projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with team members and the Digital Team.
