Position Summary
The Company Assistant will support various administrative tasks across all business segments. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a can-do attitude, proficiency in Microsoft 365, and the ability to learn online systems quickly. Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage and organize company files, documents, and records.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle database entry and management with accuracy.
Compliance and Audit
- Support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring timely documentation.
Communication
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications promptly.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth operations.
Office Management
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring an organized workplace.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Proactive Contributions
- Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
- Assist in various projects and tasks as assigned.
