Position Summary

The Company Assistant will support various administrative tasks across all business segments. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a can-do attitude, proficiency in Microsoft 365, and the ability to learn online systems quickly. Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage and organize company files, documents, and records.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handle database entry and management with accuracy.

Compliance and Audit

  • Support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring timely documentation.

Communication

  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications promptly.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth operations.

Office Management

  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring an organized workplace.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Proactive Contributions

  • Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Assist in various projects and tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

Requirements
