Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive new business and expand market presence.
- Oversee and execute marketing initiatives to build brand awareness, generate leads, and promote our unique value proposition.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored software solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape, using insights to inform strategies.
- Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team, fostering collaboration and alignment with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns, using data to refine strategies and improve results.
Who You Are
- 4+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record in the software development or outsourcing industry.
- Strong ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with outsourced software development services and the ability to communicate technical solutions to clients.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, engaging and persuading diverse audiences.
- Proficient in analyzing performance metrics and using data to guide decision-making.
