Job Vacancy: Documentation and Office Assistant

Position Overview

Documentation and Office Assistants are responsible for ensuring that all necessary documents for the organization’s operations are accurately registered, classified, archived, and accessible to various departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register and classify documents in accordance with organizational procedures.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Ensure timely availability of documents to different services within the organization.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Qualification: BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or any related engineering field.
