Description
The Senior Real Estate Agent will primarily be responsible for the sales of apartments and shops for the pioneer developer, DMC Real Estate. Responsibilities include:
- Managing budgets for social media lead generation campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads).
- Identifying potential buyers through surveys and personal selling activities.
- Ensuring customers receive accurate information about products.
- Identifying new markets and generating leads.
- Pitching to prospective customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a sales Agent in the real estate sector, or 1 year of strong TikTok and social media experience in sales content creation and promotion, with a live diaspora audience and 10,000+ followers.
- Fluency in Amharic is essential; proficiency in another language is a plus.
As a Sales Representative, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels.
- Your own mechanisms to generate leads.
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors.
- Confidence and good business sense.
- Ability to set, meet, and exceed targets.
- A focused and self-motivated approach to work.
- A flexible attitude and the ability to manage change.
Benefits
- 20,000 ETB gross salary + 4% commission for senior agents.
- 10,000 ETB Gross Salary + 4% Commission for Junior Agents with six months of real estate sales experience.
