Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Secretary to join our team at Minaye Packaging. This role offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields to begin their professional journey in a dynamic work environment. As a Secretary, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations, ensuring efficient office management, and contributing to the smooth functioning of our business.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist senior management and team members with administrative tasks and daily operations.
- Manage schedules, organize meetings, and handle appointments for the team.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Maintain an organized filing system and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Support the marketing and sales teams by coordinating events, preparing materials, and managing logistics.
- Assist in preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and following up on action items.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and take initiative.
- Basic understanding of office management practices and administrative tasks.
