Overview:

Plan International Ethiopia is seeking a Gender, Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Coordinator. The role focuses on promoting gender equality and inclusion within the PlayMatters and UNICEF projects, empowering girls, women, and persons with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement gender transformative approaches in projects.
• Ensure gender and inclusion indicators are integrated into proposals.
• Provide capacity-building training for staff and partners.
• Strengthen partnerships with like-minded organizations.
• Monitor progress on gender and inclusion activities.

Qualifications:

• University degree in gender studies or related fields.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in gender programming and intersectionality.
• Experience in capacity development and training.
