Understand the industry technology cooperation ecosystem, and have abilities of industry analysis and insight, ecosystem layout planning, solution ecosystem construction, customer and partner communication and guidance, and ecosystem development/ management/ operation. 
Strong  literacy ability, ability to resist pressure, and positive and enterprising spirit; 

visionary, careful, good internal and external communication skills.
