This role is responsible for all contract interpretation, communication, preparation of contract and technical documents.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or related field of study
- 3 years and above work experience
- Working in similar role in a construction company specializing in Road and Bridge construction projects.
- Candidate with International company experience will be given priority
- Must be aligned, Commercially Aware, Honest and Shows high levels of Integrity.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring that they align with the organization’s objectives and legal requirements.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external parties involved in contract agreements.
- Resolving disputes or issues that may arise during the course of the contract relationship.
- Identifying and assessing risks associated with contract agreements, including financial, legal, operational, and reputational risks.
- Developing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address potential threats to contract performance or organizational objectives.
- Evaluating and refining contract management processes, tools, and procedures to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
- Identifying lessons learned from past contract experiences and implementing best practices for future contract engagements.
- Carry out instructions as directed by Senior Management & Co-Ordinate the Project requirements ensuring that the Project is delivered on time and in budget.
- Understands and Manages Contract conditions and requirements (PPA, FIDIC, Time & Cost Claims)
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities, as required, and as requested by the other members of the management team
