We are searching for a creative and energetic Social Media Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media content that builds brand awareness and community. You will wear many hats, from brainstorming content ideas to shooting, editing, and posting high-quality videos and other social media content. With excellent communication skills, you’ll also be responsible for interacting with our audience and responding to comments and messages.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
• Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Shoot, edit, and post high-quality photos and videos.
• Brainstorm and generate new content ideas that align with current trends and audience interests.
• Monitor social media accounts for comments and messages, responding in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure brand consistency across all online platforms.
• Analyze social media metrics to track success and suggest improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns and promotions.
• Support other marketing efforts as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in social media management or a related role.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and their analytics tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
• A strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.
