BGS Poultry Farm is looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead their retail team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including staff management, inventory control, and sales performance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Lead, motivate, and develop store staff to achieve sales and performance goals.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Prepare and manage store budgets, expenses, and financial report.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
