Position: Personal Assistance

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the manager’s working life and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
  • Screen and route phone calls, as well as distribute correspondence.
  • Address requests and inquiries effectively.
  • Manage the manager’s calendar and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Procure office supplies as needed.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs.
  • Create and maintain an organized office filing system.

Job Requirements

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office and English
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality
  • A PA diploma or certification is a plus
