Required Qualification and Competencies
- College Diploma/ TVET lever IV in Secretarial Science, office Management and related
- Six and above years of demonstrated secretarial experience, Working in NGO environment is an advantage
- Fluency in writing, reading and speaking both English and Amharic language
- Excellent working knowledge of communication systems (Telephone, fax, e-mail and internet)
- Excellent working knowledge and demonstrated ability of computer software (MS Office) and experience with document management
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools
- High level of service-orientation
- Discretion, loyalty and integrity
- Friendly and approachable personality
