Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Video Editor with a passion for creating engaging
and impactful video content. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social
media video formats, storytelling, and commercial video production. This role requires someone
who is innovative, creative, and passionate about our service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
● Create attention-grabbing, lead-generating, and converting video content across multiple
platforms.
● Produce and edit video commercials that drive high conversions in collaboration with the
Marketing Strategy leader.
● Work with the Marketing team to ideate and produce fresh, engaging video ad content.
● Ensure all video and photo assets are optimized for various social media platforms,
including YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
● Align marketing strategies with the vision of the business manager or leader.
● Maintain a high standard of aesthetic quality and creativity in all video projects.
Skills and Experience Requirements:
● A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in video editing and motion graphics, with a strong
portfolio showcasing your skills.
● Proficiency in video editing software and motion graphic tools such as After Effects or Experience in producing video content for common digital platforms, with a primary focus
on LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
● Excellent understanding of storytelling and commercial video ad style production.
● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, startup environment.
● Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
● A keen eye for aesthetics and a love for creative and witty communication through video.
● Self-directed with a sense of urgency to drive creative efforts forwar
