Position 1 Human Resource Management Officer
Minimum qualification and work experience
Master’s Degree/ BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business related fields with 3/5 years of experience respectively of which 2 year as training and development officer.
Location Addis Ababa
Position 2 Senior Human Resource Development Officer
Minimum qualification and work experience
B.A Degree in mortal resource management, Management or other Business related fields with 4 years of experience out of which 2 years as Junior Human Resource officer
Location Addis Ababa
Position 3 Manager, Human Resource Development
Minimum qualification and work experience Master’s Degree/ BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business related fields with 6/8 years of experience respectively of which 2 year as senior officer/ Team leader in training and development area.
Location Head Office
Knowledge of IFB is advantageous
