Job Description
HR and Administration Officers are responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain qualified staff within the construction sector. They handle recruitment processes, prepare job advertisements, conduct interviews, and establish working conditions.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee concerns, manage records, and foster a positive work environment.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations specific to the construction industry.
- Training & Development: Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity, especially for project-based roles.
- Performance Management: Assist managers with performance reviews and implementation of performance improvement plans.
- Administrative Duties: Handle HR-related administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and preparing HR reports.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in a construction company.
Required Skills
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR practices, particularly in the construction sector, and will be adept at managing day-to-day HR functions with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and administrative tasks.
