The System Strengthening through Skills and Internships (SStSI) program, designed and implemented by The Talent Firm, aims to provide young graduates with valuable work experience in collaboration with various Federal Ministries. This program focuses on enhancing skills and understanding the impact of public service.

Required Fields of Study
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Leadership, Development Studies, Business Management, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Needs Education, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Hydraulics Engineering, Water Supply and Sanitation, Civil Engineering, or related fields

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be an Ethiopian citizen
- Demonstrated passion for public service
- Fresh graduates from the year 2023/2015 or 2024/2016 E.C. from an accredited educational institution
- Must have a CGPA of 3.0 and above
