Position: General Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee acrylic and blanket operations, coffee, sesame, pulse, and oil seeds export, and real estate operations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for sustainable growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team.
- Manage budgets and financial planning for profitability.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- BA/BSc/MA/MBA/MSc/PhD in Economics, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in export or manufacturing.
- Proven track record in managing and growing complex businesses.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
Salary and Benefits:
- Gross Salary: 750,000 birr per month.
