Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Education: B.A. in Marketing, Business Administration, or MBA from a recognized university.
- Communication: Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Amharic is a plus.
- Personality: Articulate and confident communicator at all levels.
- Work Style: Eager to work outdoors and engage with clients directly.
Competencies:
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Professionalism and a solid work ethic.
- A good listener and a fast learner, ready to adapt and grow.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year in sales; experience in bathroom products is advantageous.
