Our company, Sinopia Import and Export PLC, is engaged in the export of Coffee and the import of different types of Construction and Educational Laboratory Equipment, Electro-mechanical Equipment (water pumps, solar panels), Office Furniture, and others. Currently, we are looking for a young and energetic individual with the dedication and commitment, fitting our company’s aspirations, ready to work on the direct and tender sales within our Construction & Educational Laboratory Equipment Division.

Duties and responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include but is not limited to:

• Establishing new relationships with potential clients and maintain existing ones.
• Generating sales leads following up after initial contact and work on securing orders.
• Work to achieve the department’s sales goals.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations on our products to existing and prospective customers.
• Work on tenders parallels within the given time frame and meet deadlines, thereby guarantee our company’s participation on all desired tenders along with boosting the company’s winning opportunities.
• Coordinate with the Department Manager and other departments to ensure smooth flow of information and timely deliveries of requirements.

Qualifications/Skills:

• BA Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics Engineering, COTM, related business fields.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in similar direct and tender sales position is mandatory.
• Better awareness of construction and/or educational laboratory equipment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
• Able to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in reading, writing, listening and speaking Amharic and English.
• Self-going, accountable, and reliable.
• Better commitment and persistence.
• Good leadership and team working skills.
• Willingness to travel outside of Addis Ababa, whenever necessary.
