Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, General Mechanics, or a related field.
- 5 years of relevant professional experience in the manufacturing industry.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of machine maintenance and modification work.
- Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance on production equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, and implement necessary repairs or modifications.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operations.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the production staff.
- Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades or improvements to enhance productivity.
- Comply with all safety protocols and regulations within the production facility.
- Participate in continuous learning and training to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
