Duties and responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the agent sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Communicate with existing agents to maintain and increase business activity.
- Present and sell company products to new and existing agents.
- Identify new sales opportunities and market gaps.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and product knowledge.
- Compile sales progress reports and address shortfalls proactively.
- Handle complaints from agents and ensure adherence to customer care policies.
- Participate in marketing events and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
- Design and implement departmental plans while supervising team performance.
Decision-Making Powers:
- Supervise and monitor sales crew activities.
- Evaluate staff performance and make immediate decisions as needed.
