Position: Paid Intern – hybrid working arrangements

Responsibilities:
Onboarding Vendors:
– Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential vendors.
– Guide new vendors through the registration and onboarding process.
– Ensure vendors understand how to use the platform effectively.
Sales:
– leading sales generation and customer outreach.
– Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
– Help maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Operations:
– Assist in the coordination of order fulfillment and delivery processes.
– Support the operations team in ensuring smooth day-to-day platform activities.
– Help with inventory management and tracking.
Assisting the CEO:
– Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
– Assist in research and special projects as directed by the CEO and founders.
– Help prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
– Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
– Volunteer experience is a plus
– Previous internship or work experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
