Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Support the deputy sales & marketing manager in answering all customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate, lead and customer questions as needed
2. Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value
3. Assist in the development of strategy for more effective sales & marketing operations.
4. Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
5. Follow company procedures whenever applicable
6. Self-improve continuously by way of experience and continuous learning
7. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media 
8. Support the deputy sales & marketing manager in organizing meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns 
9. Participate in the preparation of  reviews and reports with sales and financial data 
10. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations 
11. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences 
12. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections 
13. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results 
14. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
15. Handle the digital media marketing in cooperation with IT department
16. Protect company confidential information with care and caution
17. Ensure that all problems related to food safety management system is reported to immediate supervisor and Quality personnel.
18. Ensure compliance with the relevant requirements of local, national and international laws related to environmental standards and end client’s environmental requirements.
19. Ensure reduction targets (environmental objectives) are in place for environmental aspects e.g. water consumption and discharge, waste, energy and greenhouse gas emissions.
20. Determine environmental aspects and impacts and devise methods to prevent or reduce these environmental impacts.
21. Use the 3R + 1R rule (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Rethink) to avoid or minimize discharges to water, emissions to air and disposal to land.
22.  Implement, document, maintain and continually improve the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001:2015).

Job Requirements:

• B.A Degree in Marketing management or any other related field of study and 0 year work experience
