  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign performance and adapt strategies based on data insights.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with social media platforms and tools for scheduling posts, analyzing data, and managing content.
  • Adaptability: The social media landscape is ever-changing, so being able to quickly adapt to new trends and platform updates is important.
  • Strategic Planning: Experience in developing strategies that align with the company’s goals and values.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team, often coordinating with other departments to ensure a cohesive brand message.
  • Certifications: While not always required, certifications in digital marketing or social media can enhance a candidate’s qualifications.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company’s goals.
  • Create engaging content for various social media platforms to build brand awareness.
  • Monitor analytics to gauge the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.

  • Manage the social media content calendar to plan and schedule posts effectively.
  • Oversee the social media budget, ensuring resources are used efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Train and supervise a team of social media specialists to produce high-quality content.
  • Handle crisis management on social media platforms, maintaining the brand’s reputation.
