Overview:
The SStSI program, developed by The Talent Firm in collaboration with Target Business Consultants and Federal Ministries, offers young graduates valuable internship experiences in the public sector.

Eligibility:
Candidates must:
- Be Ethiopian citizens.
- Show a strong commitment to public service.
- Be fresh graduates from 2023/2015 or 2024/2016 E.C. from accredited institutions.
- Have a CGPA of 3.0 or higher.
Required Fields of Study:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, System Administration, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or related fields.
