1: Accounts Payable
Skill and educational background
BA Degree in Accounting, Finance or any other relevant field of study
Minimum of 3 years’ previous receiving experience with good accounting background
Flexibility to respond to various work situations.
Ability to proactively identify and prevent potential problems,
Strong communication and negotiation skills (all levels of management and external customers)
Ability to handle pressure
Very good knowledge of working with various accounting systems
Experience in Hotel or leisure is an advantage.
2: Security Supervisor
Skill and educational background
Minimum Secondary School Complete with Security Training
Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably working within an industry that monitors large volumes of people’s movements.
Experience in planning, organizing, and enforcing security systems
Computer proficiency is mandatory
Current and working knowledge (proof of valid qualifications required) of fire, safety, and first aid
Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
Excellent personal presentation
3: AC/Refrigerator Mechanic
Skill and educational background
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 years air-conditioning or refrigeration installation or maintenance experience in Industrial/Commercial Projects preferably in Hotels-Hospitals experience
Good all-round practical trade skills inclusive fabrication, installation and maintenance
Preferable apprentice time service candidate
4: Assistant Front Office Manager
Skill and educational background
BA/Bsc in Hotel Operation or related fields
5 years hands on experience
Previous supervisory experience in Front Office within the hotel/leisure/retail
High level of IT proficiency
High level of commercial awareness and sales capabilities
