Lebawi International Academy is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated educators to join their prestigious international school as a full-time assistant teacher. Ideal candidate will have passion for teaching and a deep understanding of best practices in international education. They will be responsible for supporting class room activities in the delivery of high-quality education to students from diverse cultural backgrounds, ensuring that each student reaches their full potential.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
- Valid teaching training certification.
- Minimum of 2+ years of teaching experience, preferably in an international school setting.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a diverse and multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in the use of technology for teaching and learning.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Classroom Support
- Assist Lead Teacher: Support the lead teacher in daily classroom activities and instructional tasks.
- Classroom Management: Help maintain discipline and order in the classroom.
- Lesson Preparation: Assist in preparing lesson materials, resources, and teaching aids.
- Grading: Help grade assignments and tests under the supervision of the lead teacher.
- Student Supervision: Monitor students during activities, recess, lunch, and other times as required.
- Instructional Support: Provide one-on-one or small group instruction to students who need additional help.
- Classroom Organization: Help keep the classroom neat and organized, including setting up and cleaning up after activities.
Administrative Tasks
- Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining student records, attendance, and other administrative duties.
- Communication: Help with communication between the lead teacher, parents, and other school staff.
- Supplies Management: Assist in managing classroom supplies and ensuring that materials are available and in good condition.
- Event Coordination: Help plan and organize school events, field trips, and other activities.
