Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: BA degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a junior position.
- Skills: Introductory computer skills; accounting knowledge.
Responsibilities
Assist with other accounting tasks.
Review expense and payroll records as assigned. Manage petty cash.
Prepare and submit daily/yearly reports.
Position 2: Senior Accountant
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: BA degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in a senior position.
- Skills: Introductory computer skills, Peachtree, and in-depth understanding of tax law.

Responsibilities
- Perform month-end and year-end closing and reporting.
- Analyze financial information and summarize status.
- Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts.
- Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
Position 3: Creative Team Head
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional writing and editing in Amharic and English; strong understanding of content creation, graphic design, and video editing; creative thinking; excellent leadership and team management.
Required Skills
- Analytical skills, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Desired Skills
- Video editing, Graphic design, Market research, Content creation
Responsibilities
Collaborate with team members and the Digital Team.
Oversee the creative vision and quality of output from the team.
Confidently pitch ideas and present creative concepts to clients and the team.
Lead multiple projects from conception to completion within deadlines.
