The activities of the Zoma Museum include a gallery, library, children’s center, restaurant, coffee shop, gift shop, vegetables, herbs, flowers and trees garden, elementary school, amphitheater, and animal farm.
Job Summary
Deposits cash and cheques in other Institution.
Receives and pays cash from and to customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
3.1. Receives and pays cash from and to clients when assigned.
3.2. Deposits notes, coins and cheques with other Institutions with due diligence and care.
3.3. Sorts and arranges notes in different denominations.
3.4. Collects cash from Institutions.
3.5. Visits clients to collect cash whenever necessary.
3.6. Assists in payment of salaries.
3.7. Reports to supervisor for replenishment of main cash as per established procedure.
3.8. Provides documents requested by internal auditors or checking purposes.
3.9. Keeps duplicate keys of safes in accordance with established procedures.
3.10. Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting or relevant degree from an accredited university and with at least 1-2 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably with a private company.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
