Job Description
Evertop Sportswear Plc., a garment factory located in Bole Lemi Industrial Park, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, is dedicated to manufacturing apparel for the export market. As a sister company of Youngone, based in Seoul, Korea, Evertop specializes in sportswear coats. Established in Ethiopia in November 2016, the company began production in mid-2017 and has over 45 years of global experience in countries like Bangladesh, El Salvador, Vietnam, and Uzbekistan. We are seeking energetic candidates to fill the position outlined below.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain an attractive, pleasant, and tidy front desk area at all times.
- Courteously receive and assist visitors, answer queries, and provide information politely.
- Handle all incoming telephone calls and forward messages/documents to the appropriate staff promptly.
- Make official phone calls on behalf of staff members, particularly senior management.
- Regularly update and maintain the internal telephone contact list and distribute updates to internal users.
- Arrange appointments for staff and provide reminders for upcoming meetings.
- Assist the HR team in scheduling interviews for both internal and external candidates.
- Support photocopying and binding of documents while ensuring confidentiality.
- Provide secretarial services to program and administrative staff as needed.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Management, Secretarial Science, Office Management, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience in front desk or receptionist activities.
- Proficient in email communication, internal Outlook, and internet browsing.
- Fluency in English and Amharic.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactive, energetic, and a team player.
