Position: Finished Goods Storekeeper
Job Description
Finished Goods Storekeepers keep track of products stored in warehouses for transport to stores, wholesalers and individual customers. They inspect the inventory and maintain paperwork and documents.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Count and receive finished goods and record on finished goods transfer voucher (FGTV)
- Based on order form sales department, count and arrange finished goods and deliver to the person responsible for ship finished goods to sales drivers
- Prepare internal transfer voucher (ITV) when returned yoghurt and pasteurized milk transfer local cheese production.
- For internal sale, deliver finished goods to employees based on receipt.
- Prepare sales return voucher (SRV) for finished goods those were shipped to customer in the morning but return back to store on different reasons.
- Record goods taken from store for laboratory test purpose on internal memo.
- Participate on daily counting with Accountants.
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- 1 year and above related experience
- Level IV / Diploma in Business Related Fields
- Good communication skill
- Basic computer skill
- Energetic
- Honest
