Job Position 1 – HR Intern
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: High school diploma or enrolled in a university or college program, prefer to study/studying Law, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Required Skills & Knowledge
Detail oriented.
Basic knowledge of Ethiopian labor law is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Able to demonstrate a professional work ethic.
Able to maintain a flexible work schedule.
Proven experience working in an office environment is a plus.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills both in Amharic and English languages.

Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment processes.
Screen resumes and job application forms.
Schedule interviews with potential shortlisted candidates.
Assist in posting jobs on different platforms.
Assist the HR team in organizing career fairs and recruitment events.
Assist the HR staff in gathering relevant information.
Manage databases and input information, data, and records.
Create HR-related reports as required.
Take on other related tasks and responsibilities as needed to ensure the overall success of the project and the operation
Job Position 2 – Environmental & Social Intern
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: A fresh graduate from environmental science, environmental engineering, sociology, or a related field

Required Skills & Knowledge
Knowledge of the latest community social safeguards and concepts, as well as a strong interest to learn
Knowledge and experience in public participation procedures.
Eager to learn and apply multidisciplinary knowledge.
Knowledge of Ethiopian and international environment related policies.
Interest in and knowledge of organizing meetings and training.
Expected to engage with different stakeholders.
Amharic and English writing, reading, and speaking fluency are required.
Job Position 3 – Medical Equipment/ CSSD & Laundry Specialist
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BSc degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Bio-Medical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related fields with 3-5 years of practical experience procuring / consulting projects on CSSD & Laundry equipment.
Demonstrated experience working on hospital fitting and equipping
Work Place: Addis Ababa
Responsibilities
Act as a focal point and subject matter expert for the consultant team and proactively engage with relevant stakeholders to execute operational demand.
Develop a comprehensive CSSD & laundry equipment list.
Prepare and organize detailed product specifications.
Clearly state any additional accessories to make the main unit fully functional.
Develop BOQ for hospital CSSD & laundry equipment.
Prepare and organize a list of consumables needed for CSSD & laundry department.
Communicate with different suppliers or consultants to get a quote.
Provide a comparison chart for each product between different manufacturers.
Perform comprehensive CSSD & laundry equipment budgeting.
Provide pre & post-purchase product evaluation of the equipment.
