We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:
Position 1: Guest Experience Host
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Operation/Management or related fields from a recognized college.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in hotel operations.
- Good customer service skills; confident and organized.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Description
- Perform opening and closing duties for the Regency Club Lounge.
- Ensure smooth operation of the Regency Club Lounge.
- Monitor guests utilizing the Regency Club.
- Serve guests during day and evening cocktail hours.
- Follow up on guest profile notes upon arrival.
- Assign VIP status and coordinate welcome letters and amenities.
- Conduct inspections of the main entrance, lobby, guest elevator, corridor, and rooms before guests’ arrival.
- Greet guests upon arrival and determine accommodation needs.
- Escort VIPs and ensure a positive breakfast experience.
- Address any guest dissatisfaction proactively and coordinate solutions.
- Communicate with team leads and managers regarding dissatisfied guests.
- Identify sales and marketing opportunities.
Position 2: Waiter/Waitress
Qualifications
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Hotel & Tourism Management or related fields.
- COC Certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in the field or similar positions.
- Excellent knowledge of hotel products and services.
Job Description
- Seat guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
- Present menus, answer enquiries, and make suggestions.
- Clear and reset tables at the conclusion of each course.
- Be fully conversant with the Micros System.
- Compute bills and accept payments, ensuring cash handling policies are followed.
Position 3: Hostess
Qualifications
- Relevant degree/diploma/certificate in Hotel Operation/Management or related fields.
- COC Certification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in related operations.
- Ability to work well in a team, with good interaction and communication skills.
Job Description
- Familiarize with all food and beverage items on the outlet menu.
- Utilize the point-of-sales and table assignment system.
- Maintain the entrance area and host/hostess station in a clean manner.
- Manage reservations and table assignments as prescribed.
- Handle guest and internal customer complaints courteously and efficiently.
